Following the merger, Kevin L. McAndrews, LSP, transitioned from his longstanding leadership role at CSE into the role of LSP for IES. This continuity strengthened the firm’s MCP strategy, remediation planning, and regulatory oversight while carrying forward a strong tradition of LSP leadership established through Daniel Jaffe and William H. Mitchell, Jr.
